I’m Michelle Keller, longtime writer, full-time observer of human behavior, and (as my friends can tell you) part-time overthinker with a soft spot for a good playlist and a solid pun.

All I ever wanted to do/be was a writer. Since I was 12 years old, that’s been the dream—and the hustle. And somehow, all these years later, I’m still doing it. I have, I did, I do. I've written everything from editorial features and lifestyle content to profiles of business owners and high-profile luxury brands (and yes, the occasional love letter—still not mine, but heartfelt nonetheless). But now? Now I’m finally sharing the whimsical side of my voice. I wanted to have some relatable fun. And with that, I bring you 364 First Dates—sharp, witty, hilarious, and so much fun… You’ll see yourself in at least one of the dates. We've all been there.

So, what is 364 First Dates?

It’s my debut novel—equal parts hilarious, heartfelt, and painfully relatable—following Emma Vanderhorn, a recently divorced music journalist who finds herself thrown into the chaotic world of modern dating. The twist? The last time she 'dated' online dating didn't exist. After several bad dates she vows to one date a day for an entire year. (Yes, it’s as messy, meaningful, and meme-worthy as it sounds.)

When Emma accidentally sends her blog to her editor, it turns into a viral podcast almost overnight. What starts as a personal challenge quickly becomes a public journey—filled with awkward encounters, unexpected moments of clarity, and a few people who might be worth a second look.

But beneath the swipe-lefts and voice memos, this book is really about connection—how we find it, fear it, and sometimes fake it until we’re finally ready for the real thing.
